Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament
At St. Jude we have the blessing of Eucharistic Adoration. Everyone is welcome to stop by and adore Jesus. Whether you stop for 5 minutes or a complete hour, every moment you spend with Jesus is the best time of your day. Learn more about Adoration here.

We Adore Him is the premier Eucharistic Adoration scheduling tool built to allow our Adoration schedule always be up-to-date, let new Adorers sign up easily, and for Adorers to request substitutes online.

¿Qué es la adoración eucarística?
Es un tiempo de silencio dedicado a la oración ante Jesús presente en la Sagrada Eucaristía. La Adoración Eucarístic es una devoción eucarística por la que los miembros de una Parroquia (o de alguna otra entidad) se unen para hacer adoración continua ante el Santísimo Sacramento (en la mayoría de los casos, expuesto) durante la día, los cinco días de la semana. La Hostia consagrada se coloca en el centro de un vaso sagrado llamado Custodia. La palabra "Custodia" significa "mostrar". La custodia se coloca para que todos puedan ver y adorar a Jesús, verdaderamente presente, Cuerpo, Sangre, Alma y Divinidad en la Hostia Consagrada o "Santísimo Sacramento."
What do I do during Adoration?
The hour that you spend with Jesus in the Blessed Sacrament may be spent in any way you want. You may bring prayer books, read Sacred Scripture, pray the Rosary, read part IV of the Catechism of the Catholic Church on prayer, read spiritual works of our Church fathers, or just sit and adore Our Lord in His Divine Presence. This pleases our Lord very much.
¿Qué hago durante la Adoración?
La hora que pasas con Jesús en el Santísimo Sacramento se puede pasar de la forma que desees. Puede traer libros de oración, leer la Sagrada Escritura, rezar el Rosario, leer la parte IV del Catecismo de la Iglesia Católica sobre la oración, leer las obras espirituales de los padres de nuestra Iglesia, o simplemente sentarse y adorar a Nuestro Señor en Su Divina Presencia.
