At the St. Jude Preschool, each child is recognized as a unique human being created by God with special strengths and needs.  The program is designed to promote each child’s spiritual, physical, intellectual, emotional, and social development.  We believe that parents are the first, and prime educators of their children, therefore we work in partnership with parents to promote continuity in a child’s experiences at home and at the Preschool.  We encourage the development of a positive self-concept.  Our teachers are degreed in Early Childhood/Elementary Education and our teacher assistants are all certified by a 30-hour training course designed by HRS/State of Florida.  All staff members also hold Red Cross or American Heart Association certificates in First Aid and Infant/Toddler CPR.
