If you are new to the parish, please fill out the following census form and return it to the church office, put it in the collection basket at Mass or mail it to the church. The Parish Office is open from 8:30am until 5:00pm Monday through Friday.
Your registration verifies that you are a member of our Parish. This becomes important when family members are receiving the Sacraments of Baptism, Eucharist and Matrimony. Being a sponsor for Baptism here or in another parish requires registration in a parish.
